Hey, all this fatty food wasn't my idea. It's the protocol. I was told that these 'load' days will keep me from starving when I start the 500 Calorie diet tomorrow, so who am I to argue? Had bacon for lunch and looking forward to some KFC for dinner. Would it be wrong to add some mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with butter and biscuts with gravy?
